Kats Eye Kreative — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all projects, coaching, and creative services provided by Kats Eye Kreative (“Consultant”) to Client. By engaging Kats Eye Kreative or submitting payment for any invoice, the Client agrees to these Terms.
1. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in service suspension or delay until payment is received.

All creative work, content, and strategy materials remain the property of Kats Eye Kreative until payment is made in full.
2. Scope of Services
Consultant will provide marketing strategy, coaching, design, or related services as outlined in the approved proposal or contract.
Requests outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
3. Revisions and Approvals

The Client will have the opportunity to review and approve deliverables.

Delays in feedback or approval may extend project timelines.

Significant changes or new requests outside the original scope will be billed separately.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.

Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable.

Deposits or pre-paid amounts are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables.

Consultant retains the right to display non-confidential work in their portfolio or marketing materials.

Editable templates (e.g., Canva files) are for Client use only and may not be resold or distributed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect any confidential or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Consultant provides services with professional care but does not guarantee specific results such as sales growth, engagement metrics, or revenue increases.
Consultant’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project or service in question.
8. Communication
All communication will occur through the agreed-upon channels (email, Zoom, etc.) during normal business hours:
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (Mountain Time). Unless mutually agreed upon arrangements are made (different time zones etc.)
9. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Kats Eye Kreative or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
