Building brands and the systems that keep them running.
Hello there! I'm Kat, founder of Kats Eye Kreative. I help established businesses build a brand, website, and systems that actually work together, then partner with them as they grow. Design is the craft. Making your business run without the chaos is the point.

Meet Kat Dill

Brand & Systems Strategist for Businesses Ready to Grow

After years in a demanding career in mental health, I retired in 2011 — not to slow down, but to realign. I went back to school, earning an A.A.S. in Management (2012) and a B.S. in Business Management (2014) from S.U.N.Y. with a minor in internet marketing and web design. That’s when the spark ignited: I knew I wanted to design for a living — not just manage an office.

A Pivot to Purpose

After relocating to Loveland, Colorado, I immersed myself in volunteer work, helping small businesses and community events build their presence online. As part of a grassroots social media team, we grew our Facebook audience to over 21,000 followers and supported countless local events and causes.

I also served as a public information officer and national digital volunteer for a well-known nonprofit, learning not just about digital storytelling — but also how online platforms can isolate and overwhelm. I stepped away from social media roles and returned to college with one goal: to design with purpose.

Design Was Calling

What started with a love of photography led me to dive deep into the world of visual communication. I studied Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and more — earning three certificates and an A.A.S. in Graphic Design, graduating with honors from Front Range Community College in 2022.

During my final year, I collaborated with a Capstone team to plan and promote a student art show, interned with Full Circle Creative, and participated in the student-run Graphic Design Agency — all while continuing to refine my style, skills, and voice as a designer.

What I Do Now

Today, I run Kats Eye Kreative, where I work with established, owner-led service businesses ready to move past a patchwork of tools and half-finished branding. I build the brand identity, website, and systems underneath it, then increasingly step into a strategic partner role, helping business owners make the decisions that actually move things forward, not just executing what they ask for. I also continue to collaborate with Full Circle Creative, supporting the local arts community.

I'm a problem solver at heart. My work blends business experience, visual storytelling, and strategy grounded in what actually works, not theory.
